Unfortunately more appearance than reality. Very annoying when you buy a baguette or pannini for e.g. 3 EUR each and when you open it you get disillusioned. The baguette was so topped that it looked quite generously topped but it wasn't and the pannini, see photo - no comment is required. Does baked goods need that? It is better to use old furnishings and quality of goods than new furnishings and save on products. Don't buy there for now. Price performance letdown.

Very friendly and attentive staff, super practical and cozy design, especially for these times, good prices and the food tastes good, except that the soups were a little too salty and the smoothie was too sour, otherwise it was delicious. Speaking of which dishes and plates should be washed better, but you can see that the effort and inspiration is there, so I think that is doable and that will improve. I can only recommend it to you, enjoy your meal and stay healthy.

The new baked goods look nice but I thought everything must be covered, so open, well don't know. And that you can't transfer the collected coffee cards, especially when it was almost full, you don't want to say that the readers are all gone. Unfortunately, always against the customer. Good luck anyway

Good offer. Clean and the staff very friendly. I can only recommend.

The amount on offer is always right. You can always find something you want, but the quality of some products is really inferior (dry bread, not enough toppings and treacherously presented). You can't expect a delicious, balanced meal. My needs for a quick snack are mostly met by the offer. The shop is not for connoisseurs. But ideal for a short lunch break.

I am often here and it is also delicious, but it would be nice to get a hello back from the cashiers. Very impolite.

It's great here. The midday should be avoided, however, as it is otherwise jam-packed. However, I can highly recommend the lye pastry. A star deduction because the prices in recent times, those of a bakery are becoming more similar.

Fresh bakery products and hot drinks in cheap price compare to other bakeries in HBF.. I visit always when I am in Main Train Station.

I do not think much of BackWerk, but gave the store a chance and my low expectations were even undercut: 2 € for a roll on the 1 lettuce with comical remoulade and only FOUR 1/2 slices of egg were on it. Yes, 4 slices and one of them still cut in half. But that was not the worst: The egg was not even real but definitely artificial. So I paid 2 € for a salad leaf, "remoulade" and almost 5 slices of fake egg. Thanks for that, then prefer to buy a decent bun for 3 € at the right bakery.
